Morgon Les Charmes '20

Domaine des Moriers is a winery launched by sustainability pioneer François de Nicolay. Winemaking for Morgon Les Charmes is rooted in traditional and organic practices. Grapes from 40-year-old Gamay vines undergo whole bunch fermentation (including stems and pips) then mature in stainless steel vats and used oak barrels (50% each), contributing to complexity without overpowering oak influence​.
