Mountadam Estate Chardonnay '18

Paving the way for cool-climate Chardonnay in Australia, Mountadam High Eden Estate is one of the country's oldest vineyards dedicated to Bourgogne style viticulture. After fermentation in French barriques, the wine undergoes battonage (stirring of the dead yeast to add flavour), maturing for one year.
