Adegas Terra de Asorei was formed in 2006 of six families keen to put their expression of albariño on the map.They operate 60 ha of Galician vineyards, driven to underline what they believe to be albariño’s status as Spain’s greatest white grape variety. When it comes as fresh, mineral, and versatile, it’s hard to disagree.
