Apostοlos Thymopoulos has reshaped the landscape surrounding Xinomavro viticulture and viniculture, bringing the ancient Greek varietal into the modern age of winemaking. Vineyards at Thymiopoulos are biodynamically cultivated and vinification is uniquely tailored to terroir. This Naoussa Alta fermented for 12 months in oak and aged 5 years.
