Nòbl Sediment Grüner Veltliner '20

A small, artisan winery in the volcanic wine producing region of Brhlovce, Slovakia. Pivnica Brhlovce follows a low-intervention winemaking philosophy, allowing natural fermentation with wild yeasts. The wine is unfiltered and unfined, which allows the natural sediment (hence the name "Sediment") to remain in the bottle, contributing to its texture and complexity.
