P20 Perricone '20

Criante is a family-run winery located in Alcamo, Sicily, established by the visionary duo, Davide Adragna and Irene Figlia. The couple is deeply committed to sustainability, cultivating biodynamic vineyards, olive groves, and vegetable gardens. Winemaking of organic Perricone grapes involves spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maintaining natural expression of the grape and terroir without filtration and other alterations.
