Envínate (“wine yourself”) is the brainchild of wine university friends Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana, and Alfonso Torrente. Their focus is on revealing the ancient, Atlantic-infused terruños of Ribeira Sacra and the Canary Islands, as well as exceptional vineyard plots across the Iberian Peninsula. The approach is simple; allow each parcel to fully express itself using traditional farming and winemaking methods. The result makes Envínate among the most exciting in Spain.
