Vigneron Thomas Ligas studied oenology in France before turning to Northern Greece in pursuit of the perfect terroir. He has produced wine for over 30 years, an early adopter of organic and permaculture vineyard practices. Vines are harvested by hand and vinified with minimal intervention in the cellar - allowing the wine to present authenticity of place and flavour. The unfiltered bottle presents natural sediment, sometimes called “wine diamonds”. Leave it in the bottom of the bottle or give it a try and discover serious complexity (some wine pros love the stuff).
