El Porvenir de Cafayate is a small, family owned winery in Cafayate, specialising in Torrontes, Malbec, Tannat and Moscatel planted in some of the highest vineyards in the world at c. 1900m above sea level. Made from Torrontes and Pink Moscatel planted in 1945, fermented with the skins in concrete eggs for 6 months.
