Pinosheim Pinot Noir '20

Sustainability pioneer Francois de Nicolay’s house style centres on producing vibrant, pure wines from balanced, healthy grapes. Domaine Chandon de Brailles in Bourgogne has been in the family since 1834. It converted to biodynamic farming in 2005 and received certification in 2011. Pinosheim is unfiltered, unsulfured, and crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes with 1/3 whole cluster (including pips and stems) and 2/3 de-stemmed fermentation, to add complexity and texture.
