Pugnitello '19

Produced on the San Felice estate from the ancient indigenous grape variety – ‘pugnitello’ – which means 'little fist'. It was rediscovered in 1984 in conjunction with the Universities of Florence and Pisa as part of San Felice's research programme. Intriguing, classy, and complex from the obscure variety saved from extinction, this wine will continue to evolve over the next 5-10 years.
