Rippa Dorri Verdejo '23

Rippa Dorii is run by the Ontañón Family, and is the latin name for Ribera del Duero. Located in Rioja but producing wines from the Rueda region and known for their mastery of the Verdejo grape. Organically cultivated vineyards feature vines over 60 years old. The Verdejo grapes are harvested at night to maintain their freshness by preventing oxidation—a critical factor in preserving the aromatic qualities of the wine.
