La Soufrandière family estate is located in Vinzelles in the Mâconnais, southern Burgundy. Brothers Jean-Philippe and Jean-Guillaume use indigenous yeast, ferment naturally in concrete eggs, with an èlevage of 17 months (ie nurturing the wine post-fermentation and pre-bottling), and bottle without filtration.
