Bodegas Rejadorada is situated south west of Rioja in the Toro region, known for robust and full-bodied red wines.The winery emphasises use of Tinta de Toro, a local variety of Tempranillo, well-suited to the region’s climate and soil conditions. Low yield old vines contribute to the wine’s complexity and depth. Hand harvested grapes undergo fermentation in steel and 18mo oak ageing. Why: Region less travelled produces banger Tempranillo.
