Shelter Winery is a small 5ha family-owned estate run by the husband-and-wife team of Hans-Bert Espe and Silke Wolf, named after the repurposed military aircraft shelter where they began their wine making journey. The couple is committed to sustainable viticulture and minimalist wine making, with a focus on organic practices and minimal intervention in the cellar.
