Tanca els Ulls Macabeu '23

Cesc Boronat is part of a movement of small production winemakers in Tarragona, Catalunya seeking to revive the unique traditional winemaking and varieties of the area. This old vine Macabeu is made using organic methods with minimal intervention in the vineyard and cellar. It is macerated on skins for 7 days and then ferments for 6 months in amphorae and stainless steel.
