Terroir Històric '21

Winemaker Dominik Huber trained at Mas Martinet before launching his first winemaking project with legendary South African producer Eben Sadie. He is known for his commitment to biodynamic vineyard practices and mentorship of young winemakers in Priorat. The wine is crafted using hand-harvested whole cluster grapes from old vines and undergoes spontaneous fermentation, resulting in expressive wine that reflects the unique terroir of Priorat, Spain.
