This small family winery practices traditional vine training methods to preserve the centuries old wine-making heritage of the Canary Islands. Ungrafted vines of 100+yrs are cultivated on rugged sea-facing cliffs in volcanic soil and trained in the goblet style, keeping the fruit close to the ground, sheltered from the elements.
