Trinch! '21

Biodynamic sticklers Catherine and Pierre Breton avoid chemicals of any kind, restrict yield levels, and harvest by hand. This means two things – their vineyards teem with nature and their wines are characterised by their energy and connection to their terroirs. Trinch vines are grown in gravel terroir then bottled early for lush fruit notes, unencumbered by oak and other interventions. ("Trinch!" is a term used in Germany and Alsace when raising a toast).
