Vignoble du Rêveur

Vignoble du Rêveur was created by the children of great natural winemakers – Mathieu Deiss, Marcel Deiss’s son from Alsace and Emmanuelle Milan, Henry Milan’s daughter from Provence. Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir are pressed directly and blended, indigenous yeast fermentation (50% in stainless steel tank and 50% in foudres). Aged for 9 months in tank, minimal filtration and sulphur at bottling.
