Village Pinot Gris '23

The Brajkovich family have been making wine in New Zealand since 1944 when they purchased their first vineyard. They have since grown to become internationally recognised as producing world class wine. Made from sustainably grown Pinot Gris grapes that are hand-harvested and sorted in vineyard then gently whole-bunch pressed. Fermented using local wild yeast with extended maturation on the yeast lees.
