Relatively new to the scene, Bob and Cherie Berton established their affectionately nicknamed ‘bonsai vineyards’ in 1996.

Serve with pineapple jerk chicken (go a bit easy on the spice for best pairing!), sesame salmon with kale, or white mould cheeses.

Expect tropical flavours and juicy peach.

Bought in 2002 by Inès (for whom the wine is named) and Thierry Hébert, Domaine Saint-André, brings together all the traditional grape varieties of the Languedoc.

Serve with Sole Meunière, creamy cheeses or a heady black truffle risotto.

Expect fresh citrus and stone fruit with notes of delicate vanilla.
