Ex-racing car engineer and 4th gen winemaker Borja took the reins of the family’s 5ha winery in 2011, with the focus on expressing Tenerife’s unique conditions, varieties, and heritage.

Pair with meat and cheese boards, pimientos de padrón, and pasta with tomato sauce.

Expect blossom, earth, and smoke.
