Discover wine’s possibilities

‘To read a poem in January is as lovely as to go for a walk in June.’
— Jean Paul

As we all huddle in through the fresh mornings and crisp evenings of January, Ourglass had a tipple or two to warm your spirit. This month, we’re featuring winemakers including Judith Beck from Austria and New Zealander Ed Clifford, vignerons well-acquainted with the charms of cool, damp climates. Following our penchant for artisan wine, Beck Estate as well as Cabal are small family-owned wineries, deeply committed to the integrity of their vines and wines. Pair this month’s selection with poetry and a sweater.
