Seasoned Yabby Lake winemaker Tom Carson set out to make premium Victoria wine accessible with his latest project, Distant Noises. The Yarra Valley, an original Australian wine region, sits in a misty and cool microclimate suited for producing precise sophisticated wines.

Serve with good fish and chips or scallops in brown butter.

Expect toasted nuts, pit fruit, and subtle buttery notes.
