Beaujolais Villages

Domaine des Moriers, founded by sustainability pioneer François de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles, farms biodynamically on sandy granite between Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent.

Complement with tortilla chips with freshly made salsa, or a bright tomato and watermelon gazpacho. Delicious out of the bottle but also elegant when slightly chilled.

Expect red and blackberry fruit, cranberry, and a slightly tannic finish.
