The Maximin Grünhaus estate is one of Germany's most historic wineries, under the direction of the von Schubert family since 1882, producing some of Germany's most respected Rieslings.

Great accompaniment to spicy Thai, Vietnamese, Mexican, and Indian dishes. Or serve with a pudding like apple strudel.

Adegas Terra de Asorei was formed in 2006 of six families keen to put their expression of albariño on the map.They operate 60 ha of Galician vineyards, driven to underline what they believe to be albariño’s status as Spain’s greatest white grape variety.

Albariño’s acidic kick makes it a perfect accompaniment to salads with vinaigrette, mignonette drizzled oysters, and hot summer days.

Expect citrus herbaceousness and minerality.
