A sauvignon blanc expertly made by one of the best white wine makers in South Africa, Duncan Savage.

Serve with seafood like garlicky prawns, Asian dishes like dim sum, this steamed whitefish yamakake, or a big tomato salad.

Expect orchard and citrus fruit, saltiness, and a textured mineral finish.

Serve with a lobster bisque risotto, chicken in cream sauce, or pomme frites with aioli.

Expect nectarine and grapefruit mellowed out by a nutty creaminess.
