Sourced form a single plot in the southern Cheilly-lès-Maranges region, close to the top of the hills of Côtes de Beaune.

Pair with the savoury notes of baked fish, herb stuffed chicken, or pommes frites with classic aioli.

Expect citrus, minerality, butteriness and zest.

Bodegas Rejadorada is situated south west of Rioja in the Toro region, known for robust and full-bodied red wines.The winery emphasises use of Tinta de Toro, a local variety of Tempranillo, well-suited to the region’s climate and soil conditions.

Pair with sausage and fennel ragout with cheesy polenta, chicken tikka masala, pimientos de padrón, or even BBQ-flavour crisps.

Enjoy black fruits, spice, and vanilla.

Plaimont is a prominent wine cooperative in Southwest France, established by André Dubosc, a third-generation winemaker.

Serve with red meat (think good steak or burger), cep risotto, or bitter vegetables (like this grilled radicchio, fennel and olive panzanella).
