The Sielecki family work with Roberto de la Mota, a highly respected Argentine winemaker, to produce single-vineyard wines that express the unique characteristics of the high altitude sandy terroir.

Serve with decadent grilled lobster tails or your favourite fish and chips.

Expect tropical fruits, herbs, a hint of smoke and an elegant softness.

The Scotchmans Hill estate was purchased in the 1970’s, driven by the Browne family’s affection for the Bellarine Peninsula.

Serve with a lobster bisque risotto, chicken in cream sauce, or pomme frites with aioli.

Expect nectarine and grapefruit mellowed out by a nutty creaminess.

Planted in the forgotten hills of Burgos, Clunia’s vineyards sit on over 2,000 years of wine growing history, dating back to the Romans.

Once part of a large 480 ha estate, Château Corbin split off during the turbulence of the French Revolution and exists today on a small but mighty 23 ha estate.

Serve with this versatile Merlot blend with meat dishes like this roast veal de Larrivaux, roast beef, or a cheeky burger.

Expect prunes and black fruit with a complex smoky underlay.
