The most beautiful things in life come from industrious hands. Vignerons like Hubert Lignier, who, obsessed with the health of his tiny 1.5ha of old-vine Pinot Noir, is passing viticultural know-how to his sons. Or, family-owned Le Ragnaie winery, tending organic hand-harvested vineyards in the highest altitude vineyards of Montalcino, Tuscany.

Obsessed with the health of his vineyards, Hubert Lignier passed on his viticultural know-how to his sons.Totaling only 1.5ha of old vine organic Pinot Noir vineyards situated on coveted Burgundy terroir, this is craft wine at its best. .

Serve with lean meat in a creamy sauce like rabbit, chestnut and mushroom pappardelle, chili, or a creamy blue cheese.

Expect cherry, red berries, and oak.
