As we step into the new year, we pause to appreciate the delicate blend of tradition and innovation struck by the producers we feature. Vignerons like Les Héritiers whose hand-harvested grapes are grown in clay and seashell terroir, or Coquille de Terre, renowned for producing wines from old Carignan vines, some of which are up to 80 years old.

With winemaking roots dating back to 1820, Pardon & Fils has been involved in viticulture for over 200 years, making them one of the longest-standing producers in the region. Crafting wines from some of the region's best crus., Les Mouilles is made using semi-carbonic maceration (fermentation in a sealed anaerobic environment) to enhance its juicy, fruit-forward character. .
