The Scotchmans Hill estate was purchased in the 1970’s, driven by the Browne family’s affection for the Bellarine Peninsula.

Serve with a lobster bisque risotto, chicken in cream sauce, or pomme frites with aioli.

Expect nectarine and grapefruit mellowed out by a nutty creaminess.

Guy Breton aka P’tit Max, known as one of the celebrated Beaujolais “gang of four” winemakers, is a living legend of the natural wine movement in France.

Balance this vibrant wine with paté, tortilla chips with salsa, or a bright tomato and watermelon gazpacho.

Winemaker – and former wine seller – Toby Owen cut his teeth working with renowned Brunello producer San Polino, followed by time at Casa Raia and Hortulanus before realising his dream to make his own wines.

Expect black berry fruits, herbaceousness, and woodiness. Delicious.
