Cul Sec Blanc '20

Thierry Alexandre’s winery is located in the village of St Jean du Muzois, slap bang in the centre of the super exciting St Joseph appellation in Northern Rhône. He first got started in 2000 managing farming for some of the most prestigious names including Jean Louis Chave, Hervé Souhaut and Jean-Michel Stephan.

Serve with light salads like barbecued little gem with cucumber and white beans, pasta dishes, shellfish, and grilled fish. Or a cheeky hot dog.

Expect pear, hazelnuts, citrus and a slightly herbal, textured finish.
