Winemaker Nicola Ferrari earned his reputation as a leading Valpolicella producer after a decade of winemaking at legendary Quintarelli Winery, his detailed care for vineyard terroir, and an obsessive pursuit of quality.

Pair with classic ragù bolognese, blue cheeses, or a fresh tomato and basil salad.

Expect perfume, sweet and sour red berries, and vegetal hints. Decant for deep complexity.
