Jérôme Bretaudeau makes among the best, if not the most innovative blends across eleven grape varietals and four Loire parcels.

Serve with fish like salmon or smoked trout (like smoked trout, new potato and horseradish salad) or, Thai and Japanese dishes (like this matuskake rice). Also delicious with goat's cheese, or the bag of wotsits hiding in the cupboard.

Expect orchard fruit, citrus, and minerality.

Winemaker Thomas Carsin took over his 20ha estate in Anjou in the Loire Valley in 2008 and produces all wine organically with no use of pesticides or herbicides.
