Ink Grade Vineyard Zinfandel

Heitz Cellar, a Napa icon since 1964, makes this Zinfandel from the Ink Grade Vineyard on Howell Mountain, planted in 1990. Aged in neutral and French oak, it balances Californian generosity with structure. Expect raspberry, black pepper and polished tannins over a savoury core. Serve with barbecued meats, pasta alla Norma or hearty ragù. This Napa Zinfandel shows fruit, spice and supple texture, ideal with grilled or saucy dishes.
