Ridge is a single vineyard at 330 metres on east-facing, clay-rich shale—ideal for Pinot in the Cape’s most Burgundian zone. Winemaker Hannes Storm specialises in pure expressions of varietal fruit and naturally crafted wines, using native yeasts and minimal new oak. This highly rated vintage shows red berry fruit, earthiness and subtle oak. Expect dark cherry, black raspberry and graphite with a savoury lift.
