Les Perrières is a limestone-rich lieu-dit just outside Savigny-lès-Beaune, planted with Pinot Noir from organically farmed vines averaging 35 years of age. Chisa Bize continues the domaine’s traditional approach—partial whole clusters, native yeast fermentations and gentle extraction. Expect red cherry, rose petal and crushed stone with fine tannins and cool, mineral precision. Oak is subtle; the structure is clean-lined and quietly persistent. Serve with duck breast, beetroot gratin or Comté.
