Pur Granit Cornas

Domaine Lionnet’s Pur Granit is a no-compromise Cornas from organic old vines rooted in steep granite terraces. Made with whole bunches and native yeasts, this Syrah shows blackcurrant, violet, and cracked pepper with a savoury, mineral backbone. Serve with roast lamb, yuca fries or Thai green curry. This northern Rhône Syrah shows dark fruit, florals and spice, ideal with grilled meats or bold, rooty dishes.
