Discover wine’s possibilities

“We shall not cease from exploration. And the end of all our exploring. Will be to arrive where we started. And know the place for the first time.” – TS Eliot

This month's selection highlights the uniqueness of terroir, and the impact of ingenuity informed by tradition. These traits combine at Irvine wines, a family run and owned winery since the 1860s when the first shiraz vines were planted in Australia, who are now diving headfirst into the future. Tradition and modernity walk hand in hand; old guard vignerons like Pardon & Fils whose winemaking roots date back to 1820, making them one of the longest-standing producers in the region, and Vinos Inacayal, who honor their connection to nature through biodynamic and organic viticulture.
