Or, family-owned Le Ragnaie winery, tending organic hand-harvested vineyards in the highest altitude vineyards of Montalcino, Tuscany.

Oliver Lamy is the latest in the long line of Lamy’s stretching back to 1640, but that doesn’t mean he’s not open to new ideas.Taking over in 1996 from his father, Hubert, Olivier through his emphasis on low yields, fastidious fruit selection and sparing use of new oak, produces Saint Aubins that along with Pierre-Yves Colin, elevate the appellation above many more fashionable locales.
