Discover wine’s possibilities

“It’s better not to know so much about what things mean or how they might be interpreted or you’ll be too afraid to let things keep happening.” - David Lynch.

A good wine like a good film is more than glugging back fermented grape juice, rather, you experience a moment where everything comes together, time falls away, and we are left with the pure joyful present. Nothing more and that’s more than enough.

Reserve de Gassac

Rosé, Reserve de Gassac

Known as Languedoc’s ‘First Growth’ (this references Bordeaux’s top wineries like Lafite and Mouton Rothschild), the Guibert family only established the winery in the 80s, but happily they realised their holiday home was situated on one of France’s great terroirs (the combination of climate, soil and appropriate variety that makes French wines great).
Rosé, Reserve de Gassac

Serve with light salads like barbecued little gems with cucumber and white beans, pasta dishes, shellfish, and grilled fish. Or a cheeky hot dog.
