Envínate (“wine yourself”) is the brainchild of wine university friends Laura Ramos, Jose Martínez, Roberto Santana, and Alfonso Torrente. Their focus is on revealing the ancient, Atlantic-infused terruños of Ribeira Sacra and the Canary Islands, as well as exceptional vineyard plots across the Iberian Peninsula.

Pair with pappardelle with rose harissa, black olives, and capers, smoked charcuterie, or a handful of raisins.

Expect red and black fruits, lilac, and spice.

Inseperable '18

Founded in 2012, PerSe is a small project between Edy de Popolo and David Bonomi, the latter of which is one of the most knowledgeable winemakers in Argentina’s Uco Valley.

Pair with Argentinian asado, caprese stuffed portobello mushrooms, or beans on toast.

Expect black berry fruits, cherries, and freshness.

César Márquez served as the apprentice of his uncle, the world-renowned winemaker, Raúl Pérez, for 7 years before establishing his own project in 2015.

Delicious with charcuterie like coppa or chorizo (or just bread and salted butter) but works really well with warm salads and rich tomato sauce pasta dishes too.

Expect black and red berry fruits, spice and mineral freshness.
