Anjou Blanc

Thibaud is one of the most talented winemakers working today. Having learnt his craft in Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Savennières, he acquired a 3.5ha plot near Anjou in France’s Loire Valley. Building on the principle that great wine starts with great fruit, he converted the vineyard to organic practices and combined it with discretion and diligence in the cellar. The output is wine that speaks of the Loire’s unique soils, climate, and affinity for native grapes.
