Vouvray Brut

This biodynamic Loire Valley sparkling Chenin from tuffeau soils is a standout cuvée from Catherine and Pierre Breton, pioneers of natural winemaking in Bourgueil. Though better known for Cabernet Franc, their Vouvray Brut is 100% Chenin Blanc grown on limestone and flint, hand-picked and méthode traditionnelle aged for up to two years on lees. Bone-dry and precise, it offers green apple, lemon pith and a chalk-dust finish. There’s no dosage; just energy, clarity and that unmistakable tuffeau texture.
