Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Tom Carson is a winemaker's winemaker, having served an apprenticeship at one of Burgundy’s most exciting domaines, Bernard Moreau in Chassagne-Montrachet and been labelled a ‘pioneer’ by wine critic Jancis Robinson. He’s put his fastidious attention to detail into scouring and selecting the perfect site and soil for Pinot Noir, for which he is primarily known alongside Chardonnay.
