Beaujolais Villages

Domaine des Moriers, founded by sustainability pioneer François de Nicolay of Chandon de Briailles, farms biodynamically on sandy granite between Morgon and Moulin-à-Vent. Forty-year-old Gamay vines give bright cranberry, blackberry and red cherry, framed by supple tannins and mineral lift. Best served slightly chilled. Pair with tortilla chips and salsa or tomato and watermelon gazpacho. This Beaujolais Gamay shows red fruit, freshness and light grip, ideal with snacks or summer fare.
