Julien Labet has transformed his family estate in Rotalier into one of Jura’s most exciting addresses, continuing Alain Labet’s pioneering work with single-parcel Chardonnay. ‘Lias’ comes from limestone-rich soils, farmed biodynamically and vinified with minimal intervention, expressing the precision and character that define the domaine. The wine offers citrus oil, ripe orchard fruit and toasted hazelnut, framed by chalky acidity and layered texture. Long, mineral and saline, it shows why Jura Chardonnay commands global attention.
