Saisons Saint Veran '19

Winemaker friends Eric Pignal and Loïc Lamy share impressive pedigree. Eric has worked at Château de Pommard, Dujac, Roulot and Roumier. Loïc Lamy works at Domaine de Montille. With only a handful of barrels produced each vintage, Saint Véran’s meticulous winemaking methods involve gentle pressing of the grapes, native yeast fermentation, ageing 11mos in barrel, and no filtration. This is crème de la crème of small parcel winemaking.
